AGENCY
Attending on behalf of shipowners to handle non-cargo matters such as but not limited to:
- Delivery and execution of third party arrangements (lub oil, chemicals, paints etc.)
- Class surveys

- Long term crew hospitalization.

HUB AGENCY
- Coordination, management and supervision of multiple port calls along a trade route.
- Single point communication and accounting procedures
SEAWAY AGENCY
- Clearing of vessels during down bound and/or up bound transits in the St-Lawrence Seaway.
- Installation or removal of Seaway fittings.
